"A successful dyeing" printing and dyeing technology in the national counterparts

Business Club – January 21st The China Textile Engineering Society recently organized an advanced training session titled “Improving Dyeing Technology” in Suzhou, drawing over 200 participants from across the national printing and dyeing industry. Attendees included production managers, technical leaders, and experienced dyeing technicians who gathered to gain valuable insights into modern dyeing practices. The event featured seven renowned experts from China, delivering nine informative technical lectures on various aspects of textile dyeing and finishing. Among the speakers was Tang Taoxian, a senior engineer from the Shishi Printing and Dyeing Industry, who presented a lecture on “Designing a Dyeing and Finishing Process for Knitted Fabrics to Promote Dyeing Success.” His presentation was well-received, with many participants expressing appreciation for the practical knowledge shared. The session sparked meaningful discussions and provided actionable solutions for common challenges faced by professionals in the field. With rising costs of raw materials and energy affecting the textile sector last year, the pressure on dyeing and finishing companies has increased significantly. In such a competitive environment, achieving a successful first-time dyeing process is more critical than ever for maintaining efficiency and reducing waste. During the training, both students and experts engaged in in-depth conversations about key issues such as color variation, pattern inconsistency, and color fastness. They also explored ways to improve the performance of dyes, auxiliaries, and overall dyeing techniques. This event not only highlighted the importance of continuous learning and innovation in the textile industry but also emphasized the need for collaboration among professionals to overcome industry-wide challenges.
