Silver ion electrolysis refers to the extraction of silver into a colorless and odorless liquid silver ion, and then the silver ion liquid is brought into the polymer by a chemical process to make the fiber uniform, and will not fall off under ordinary washing conditions, thereby exerting a long-lasting antibacterial effect. Effect.

The industrial production of electrolytic silver ion antibacterial agents has always been the dream of many researchers. However, this process involves many technical difficulties such as uniform implantation of silver ions, low-temperature dyeing and non-bleaching. It is difficult to achieve due to technical conditions in the early years. Although companies in Japan and other places have studied the electrolytic silver ion antibacterial agent and successfully developed silver ion staple fiber, only when the silver ion content reaches 30-50%, it has relevant antibacterial properties, and the cost is high. Industrialization and the application of the Chinese market are difficult.

To this end, Jin Zhihua has used the most advanced yarn research and development, printing and dyeing technology in China. After more than 10 years of trial and error, he has invested 300 million yuan and finally successfully developed silver ion fabrics. According to the National Knitting Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and other colonies reached 92%, 87.8%, and 85%, respectively, in the case of 6% silver ion fiber. , much higher than the national (AAA) level requirements.

In December last year, healthy underwear made of silver ion fabric was tested by the Medical Device Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the State Food and Drug Administration.

Jin Zhihua introduced that the silver ion of electrolytic silver ion products has stability at 80 ° C, which is much higher than traditional nano silver products, so it is often used in medical and health products. Nowadays, its electrolytic silver ion fiber has been successfully tested and started to produce end products such as underwear, socks and so on. The medical gauze made of silver ion fiber is clinically tested by patients with wound ulcers in some hospitals in Shaoxing, and the effect of stopping bleeding and inhibiting bacteria and promoting wound healing is obvious.

Jin Zhihua said that the market for electrolytic ion silver ion products has broad application prospects, and Mitsubishi Rayon also authorized him to explore the domestic market. At present, some manufacturers have cooperated with the terminal market.
